The Customer

SSL WinMan are a well established leading national supplier of computerised manufacturing systems and they have been providing a highly functional ERP system to both manufacturers and distributors since 1993

Key to their success has been a strong commitment to their customers in customer service and providing them with a product at the forefront of ERP software advances that delivers a rapid return on investment (ROI)

WinMan ERP Software utilises the latest Microsoft tools: SQL database, .NET development tools and Microsoft Reporting Services, to provide a highly functional and transparent ERP system that delivers immediate business benefits to both small and medium sized businesses

The Requirement

Continuing expansion meant the company needed to relocate into bigger premises and they chose prestigious new offices in the newly refurbished Fort Dunlop, adjacent to the M6 in north Birmingham

Facilities were excellent but they still needed to adapt the building to their exact requirements

This needed considerable spending in the following areas:

• Partitioning
• Flooring
• Furniture
• Data, voice and electrical cabling system
• Complete new telephone system

The solution

All the assets were fundable using conventional leasing agreements through our range of providers and we agreed that all of them had a reasonable life expectancy in excess of 5 years so this length of agreement was chosen as it matched SSL WinMan’s budgetary requirements

Finance agreements were drawn up and as the work was completed to the customers satisfaction the suppliers were paid out
