Case Study Office Refurbishment and Expansion

One of our established customers contacted us about finance to refurbish their offices as part of an expansion programme within their own buildings.
The total cost of the project is circa £150,000 and that includes a new mezzanine floor as well as the normal partitioning, flooring and suspended ceilings.
As soon as that work is complete they will take delivery of new desks and furniture so their staff can move into the new space.
So we've put together a package to finance the whole project over five years, which suits their budgets and of course they will own all the goods at the end of that time.
Our finance plan leaves their existing credit lines untouched so they can use their overdraft facility for normal trading activities.
